Swing Caddy
Hole in One

Welcome to an exciting journey of improvement with the "Swing Caddy" and "Hole In One" training aids, crafted with decades of experience by Brian and Philip Sparks. These modern and reliable tools are designed to elevate your golfing experience and skills. Brian Sparks, our beloved late founder, began his transformative journey with an early prototype in the 1960s. Today, we proudly present our preferred swing trainers that have emerged from years of relentless exploration and dedication. These aids inspire confidence and effortless release of the club head, leading to a remarkable improvement in your swing.

The magic of these training aids lies in their innovative magnet technology, providing a decisive 'click' as a feedback mechanism. They automatically reset after each swing, freeing you from any manual reset process. It's essential to maintain your finish after each swing, though you aren't hitting a ball. This practice cultivates a more composed, consistent swing and safeguards your rhythm and coordination.

Both Swing Caddy and Hole In One are ingeniously designed to require zero maintenance, a definite upgrade from the spring mechanism of the SwingRite. They are expertly manufactured in South Korea by an American company, Swing Impact, owned by the inventor Yong Shin.

The compact Hole In One, measuring 70cms/27.5 inches, is your perfect travel companion. Its shorter length and louder click make it an excellent indoor trainer. The Swing Caddy, with a length of 93cms/36.5 inches, boasts a highly flexible shaft. We encourage you to use your preferred grip to ensure maximum comfort and effectiveness.

Committing to regular use, especially in the initial months, is pivotal. Brian recommended 100 swings a week, taken in short bursts rather than an endurance test. This gradual accumulation of benefits will positively transform your game. The speed settings range from 11mph (easy) to 110mph (hard). Start at an easier setting for optimal rhythm and hand action. A setting too high could lead to excessive effort, affecting coordination and potentially causing physical strain.

The speed setting can be adjusted by twisting the barrel end of your Hole In One/Swing Caddy. In the unlikely event of it not clicking, simply twist the barrel end a few times. While the calibration may not be highly accurate, it’s crucial to find a setting that aligns with your comfort and swing ease.

Safety is paramount. Always ensure your swing is directed away from objects or people. Children, pets, or adults should not enter your swing area during usage.

To reap the maximum benefits, here are Brian's expert tips:

1. **Hand and Wrist Action**: Using your Swing Caddy/Hole In One will help you realize the importance of your hands and wrist action in achieving a successful 'click'.

2. **Timing**: Like music, rhythm and timing are paramount in golf. The ideal club head speed is reached at impact and continues into the through swing. Regular practice will help embed this crucial timing.

3. **Finish**: Swinging right through to a relaxed finish allows for complete release of the club. However, excessive force should be avoided to prevent any back strain.

4. **Rhythm**: The Swing Caddy/Hole In One helps develop consistent rhythm. Regular usage can help warm up before teeing off.

5. **Practice**: Practicing without hitting a ball eliminates potential distractions and helps focus on honing your swing.

6. **Physical Training**: Regular use of the training aids keeps your golfing muscles engaged and promotes suppleness.

7. **Regular Use**: Consistent usage ensures optimal benefit from your Swing Caddy/Hole In One.

8. **Setting**: Start with a lower setting to help fuse a smooth rhythm with a good club release.

9. **Right and Left-Handed Use**: Suitable for all golfers regardless of age, gender, and hand orientation.

10. **Maintenance**: Simply clean the grip with household soap and a nail brush, and rinse with clear water.

We carry on Brian’s pioneering spirit, reflected in his bestselling book “Positive Impact Golf” and our Easiest Swing Club, where like-minded golfers can learn and share experiences.
