It really help me to increase my distance but I always hit ball fat. Pls kindly advise.
This is an indication that the low point of your swing is either below or to the right (assuming you are right handed) of the ball. This can either be caused by the ball being too far forward in or your weight is not transferring to the front foot by impact. I hope this helps.
I’m 71 years old and just started back golfing after a 25 year absence, along with son and grandsons, we joined the local club and I’ve started following u guys for the past several months and also bought your book…I’m amazed with your easy swing techniques and have one question…
I have an old (The Speed Stick) I used it today and hit 90…what kind of speed should I have…I’ve been doing CrossFit for the last 13 years and in great shape
Thank you
Great to hear that you are back playing golf again and joining your sons and grandsons when you play. Easiest Swing is a delight when performed with ease and without effort, the power is plentiful. I’m unfamiliar with ‘The Speed Stick’ however, the Swing Caddy at 90 would be very good speed at 71 years old. We often show how speed can be generated without effort, but the most important practice with these devices is actually at slower speeds and learning how to release the club at the right point i.e. through impact. This is by far the best practice and will allow you to generate more speed without any additional effort. Hope this helps, keep up the great work and good luck with your Easiest Swing progress! ESTeam
