- Contact – first name, last name, date of birth, profession (ex-profession), address, work address, home telephone, Mobile / cell Telephone, email address, current job title, no of years playing golf, current handicap, lowest previous handicap, no of previous teachers (approx), No of lessons in last 5 years (approx), Other sports at any time of your life, Best sport, Level achieved in that sport, General golfing strengths, general golfing weaknesses, any issues with the clubs you use, any physical limitatios, your personal objective/s for this course, scoring on aspects of your game, like: general consistency, accuracy – woods / irons, short game, putting, bunker play, balance, getting through to good finish, rhythm, swinging without effort, swinging without tension, course management, putting bad shots behind you, staying calm / avoiding frustration, how happy you are with your game in general
- Financial– payment card details, billing address, purchase information, payment history – PayPal is responsible for the financial protection of your data
We may also collect the following types of personal data from you when you use our website or products / services.
- Technical – this may include device IDs, browser type, IP address, hardware type, network and software identifiers, location data, operating system and system configuration
- Usage – visitor information e.g. time spent on page, click-throughs, download errors, browsing patterns
You don’t have to give us any of this data but if you don’t, you may not be able to use certain functions and may not receive the optimal user experience.

The only time we may charge a reasonable fee is where your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances. Otherwise, we will always respond within one month (unless there is a legal reason for us to take longer).
