Welcome to Easiest Swing. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of products, digital content, memberships, coaching services, events and experiences from Easiest Swing.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

All products and services are subject to availability.

3. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the relevant product or service.

An order confirmation or payment receipt does not constitute acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product availability
• Payment authorisation issues
• Errors in product descriptions
• Pricing errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Technical errors affecting the ordering process

A contract between you and Easiest Swing is formed only when:

Physical Products

The product has been dispatched.

Digital Products

Access to the digital content has been granted.

Events and Experiences

A booking confirmation has been issued by Easiest Swing.

4. Pricing and Pricing Errors

We make every effort to ensure that pricing displayed on our website is accurate.

However, pricing errors may occasionally occur due to technical issues, system errors, human error or third-party software integrations.

If a product, service or event is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to:

• Cancel the order
• Refuse the order
• Correct the price
• Offer the customer the option to proceed at the correct price

If payment has already been taken for an order affected by a pricing error, a full refund will be issued.

No contract shall be deemed to exist where an obvious pricing error has occurred and the order has not yet been accepted in accordance with Section 3.

5. Payment

Payment must be received in full before products, services or event bookings are supplied.

We reserve the right to use third-party payment providers including Stripe, PayPal and other payment processors.

We do not store full payment card information.

6. Physical Product Delivery

Delivery times provided are estimates only.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Couriers
• Customs authorities
• Weather events
• Industrial action
• Supply chain disruptions
• Circumstances outside our reasonable control

Risk in physical goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Ownership remains with Easiest Swing until payment has been received in full.

7. International Orders

Customers are responsible for complying with local import regulations.

Where applicable, customers may be responsible for:

• Import duties
• Customs fees
• Local taxes
• Brokerage charges

These charges are outside the control of Easiest Swing and are not included unless specifically stated. Please refer to our delivery & returns policy for more information.

8. Digital Products and Online Courses

Digital products include:

• Online coaching courses
• Video content
• Downloadable materials
• Digital memberships

Upon purchase, customers receive a limited, non-transferable licence to access the content for their personal use.

Customers may not:

• Share login credentials
• Distribute course content
• Copy, reproduce or republish content
• Sell or redistribute any materials

Access may be suspended or terminated where misuse is identified.

9. Membership Subscriptions

Membership subscriptions to The Easiest Swing Club – (easiestswing.club) automatically renew at the selected billing interval unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Customers may manage or cancel subscriptions through their account area or payment provider portal.

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not normally result in refunds for the current subscription period unless required by law.

Membership benefits may change from time to time as Easiest Swing develops and improves its services.

10. Events, Workshops and Golf Experiences

Bookings for events, workshops, golf schools, coaching experiences and golf holidays are subject to availability.

Event details may occasionally change due to circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to:

• Change venues
• Change schedules
• Substitute instructors
• Adjust itineraries
• Cancel events where necessary

Where Easiest Swing cancels an event, customers will be offered an appropriate refund or alternative arrangement.

Accommodation, travel, flights and third-party services may be subject to their own separate terms and conditions.

11. Event Cancellation by Customers

Unless otherwise stated in the specific event booking terms:

• More than 60 days before the event: up to 50% refund may be available.
• Less than 60 days before the event: no refund is normally available.

Customers are encouraged to obtain suitable travel insurance where appropriate.

Any event-specific cancellation policy published at the time of booking will take precedence.

12. Returns and Refunds

Physical products are covered by our separate Delivery & Returns Policy.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

13. Warranty

Where a warranty is offered, details will be stated on the relevant product page.

Warranty coverage does not extend to:

• Misuse
• Accidental damage
• Improper storage
• Unauthorised modifications
• Damage caused by use contrary to instructions

Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

14. Coaching Disclaimer

Golf coaching advice, training aids, videos and educational materials are provided for general guidance purposes only.

Individual results will vary.

Easiest Swing does not guarantee:

• Handicap reductions
• Performance improvements
• Specific swing speed gains
• Tournament results

Customers participate at their own risk.

15. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including:

• Videos
• Images
• Graphics
• Logos
• Course materials
• Written content
• Training systems

is owned by or licensed to Easiest Swing and is protected by intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easiest Swing shall not be liable for:

• Indirect losses
• Consequential losses
• Loss of profits
• Loss of business opportunities
• Loss of data

Our total liability relating to any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:
